Use of the App

Pomoro is a focus timer app designed to help you manage your time using the Pomodoro Technique. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

Your Data

All data you create in the App — including tasks, focus sessions, and settings — is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own data. We do not have access to it and cannot recover it if lost.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including design, code, and graphics, are owned by Rathkalyforgna and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rathkalyforgna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Apple App Store

This App is licensed to you through Apple's App Store. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
